General terms and conditions of business

1. Subject matter of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Daianas Corner and the guest (hereinafter "Customer") for the provision of rooms and related services.

 

2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the provider confirms the customer's booking in writing, by telephone or electronically. A non-binding reservation only becomes binding upon this confirmation.

 

3. Terms of payment

  • The total amount for the booking must be paid in full upon booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • The provider reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not made on time.

 

4. Cancellation conditions

  • Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation possible.

  • Up to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • No-show: The full booking amount will be charged.

 

5. Arrival and departure

  • Check-in: from 3:00 pm

  • Check-out: until 11:00 am

  • Early check-in / late check-out is only possible upon prior arrangement and availability.

 

6. Use of the accommodation

  • The rented room may only be used by the number of people specified in the contract.

  • The customer is obliged to treat the room carefully and to report any damage to the provider immediately.

 

7. Liability

  • The provider is not liable for loss or damage to the customer’s property unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the provider.

  • The customer is liable for any damage caused by him or his accompanying persons.

 

8. House Rules
The customer undertakes to comply with the house rules. Violations of the house rules may lead to early termination of the contract without entitlement to reimbursement.

 

9. Data Protection
The personal data provided by the customer will be used exclusively for processing the booking and for legally prescribed purposes. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.

 

10. Final provisions

  • The law of the Swiss Confederation applies.

  • The place of jurisdiction is Elgg, provided that the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.

  • Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
